Winter Solstice Walk

Join us for a Winter Solstice Walk through Coleman Memorial Park December 20th from 4pm - 5:30pm.

Gather at Pavilion #5 where guests will be invited to slow down, step into the season with intention, and connect with nature in its quietest, most reflective state. We will explore signs of winter in the park, learn the meaning of the solstice, participate in a mindful nature-based project, and welcome the darker season with gratitude and grounded presence.

The Winter Solstice Walk is presented by the Grounds & Ecology Committee of the Friends of Coleman Memorial Park with special guest Marianne Turnbaugh. Everyone is welcome to participate in the Winter Solstice Walk as you are able. The Winter Solstice Walk is a free event brought to you by the Friends of Coleman Memorial Park.
