You’ll learn to marinate chicken in a blend of fragrant Middle Eastern spices, then roast it to juicy perfection alongside seasoned vegetables. This one-pan meal is perfect for busy weeknights, combining simplicity with bold flavors. We’ll also explore serving options, like stuffing warm pita bread or pairing with rice and salad, to create a complete, balanced meal.

Is this a demo or hands on cooking class? This is a HANDS ON cooking class. Each table will have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
