In honor of Older Americans Month join us for a vital program dedicated to fall prevention. Falls are a leading cause of injury among seniors, but they don’t have to be a part of the aging process. Learn how to recognize fall risks, improve your nutrition to protect your bones, and understand how medications can impact your balance. We’ll also show you simple ways to "fall proof" your home and suggest lifestyle changes that keep you and your loved ones safe. 1 in 4 seniors will fall today—don’t be one of them!
