Having trouble registering for the new City of Lebanon utility bill payment system online? We’re here to help!

City of Lebanon staff will be on-site to assist with setting up your account for the new utility payment system.

✅ Bring your utility bill or account number
✅ Know the email address associated with your account
✅ We’ll walk you through the process

🕗 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

💻 Important note: If you pay your bill by mail or in person and do not use online services (like paperless billing, auto-draft, or autopay), you do not need to register for the new system — unless you plan to start using online features.
