Join us for our annual Murph in the Park event as we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or tackling Murph for the first time, all are welcome to come out, challenge themselves, and be part of a strong community.

Heat Times:

Heat 1 – 8:00 AM

Heat 2 – 9:00 AM

Heat 3 – 10:00 AM

👉 Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled heat to warm up and check in.

Stick around afterward for a picnic! Bring your favorite post-workout snacks or drinks and hang out with the crew. It’s a great time to relax, reflect, and connect.

🎽 Weighted vests optional. Modifications always available.
