Malas & Mocktails

Have you ever seen a beautiful strand of beads wrapped around your fellow yogi’s wrist or being used in meditation? This sacred tool is called a Mala. A mala is a traditional strand of prayer beads used as a tool to focus the mind. Based on the stone or material they are created with, they represent different qualities that can serve a purpose when you need it and carry good energy for you day-in and day-out.

In this afternoon workshop of creation and community, you’ll learn about the healing properties of crystals with guest teacher, certified crystal specialist, and energy worker, Megan Cannon of Moonmalas by Megan. Not only will you create your own mala and take it home with you that day, you’ll learn about the crystals, what energetic properties they hold, how to meditate with them, and more!

This intimate workshop is about 2 hours of mala making, while sipping a delicious adaptogenic, mood boosting mocktail (if you so desire). The result – your own personally designed, high quality mala made with your own needs and intention in mind.
