Fitness in the Park

Join Moon Dragon Fitness on Saturday mornings for a fun group workout with a focus on mobility and cardio! Everyone is welcome, with exercises that can be tailored to all experience levels. Improve your cardiovascular health and have fun doing it!
It is suggested to bring a towel or yoga mat, along with water and workout attire.
Class is $10 and is held in South Hills Park, along Lincoln Avenue. Park in the lot near the fields and walk north along the path to find us!
In the case of inclement weather, class moves inside to the back room of Danstation inside the Lebanon Valley Mall - keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates
