Class Outline
- Welcome & Orientation – 15 min: Meet the group and review class goals, safety, and build outline.
- PC Components 101 – 25 min: Overview of CPU, GPU, motherboard, SSD, PSU, and RAM. Learn what each part does.
- Unboxing & Inventory Check – 10 min: Verify all parts, begin handling hardware, discuss anti-static safety.
- Motherboard Prep – 20 min: Install CPU, apply thermal paste, install RAM and NVMe SSD.
- Case Installation – 20 min: Mount motherboard, align standoffs, connect case I/O headers.
- Power Supply & Cable Management – 25 min: Install PSU, route and organize cables for airflow and aesthetics.
- GPU & Final Assembly – 20 min: Install graphics card and verify component seating.
- First Boot & BIOS – 15 min: Power on, enter BIOS, check component detection and boot priority.
- OS Installation – 20 min: Install Windows 11 Pro, apply updates, configure drivers.
- Customization – 15 min: Apply SystemsPlus1000 boot screen, RGB preset, and serial number badge.
- Certificate & Recap – 10 min: Review what you learned and receive your builder certificate + lanyard.
- Q&A / Group Photos – 15 min: Ask final questions and take pictures with your build. Sign up to be on the podcast about your build experience.
