About the event

The Wave of Light

October 15th is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. On this day, those who have experienced the loss of a baby are encouraged to light a candle of remembrance at 7pm.

When participants in each time zone light a candle at 7pm and keep it burning for an hour, it creates a continuous “wave of light” around the world.

PWOC Fort Leavenworth would love for you to join us for a time of fellowship and prayer as we light our candles. We will meet in the patio area outside Frontier Chapel. This is a family-friendly event that is free and open to the public. Candles will be provided.
