TechNoGym Activation Day

Join us for a Technogym Activation Day at The Oakgate, designed to help residents feel confident using the gym equipment, try new styles of training, and get expert guidance from a Technogym Educator.

Whether you’re new to the gym or already a regular, this session is suitable for all fitness levels.

One-to-one consultations with a Technogym Educator.

An opportunity to ask questions, understand the equipment, and learn how to get the most from your workouts.

A dynamic, full-body workout focusing on strength, movement, and conditioning.

A slower-paced, floor-based session focusing on mobility, stretching, and overall wellbeing.

• Booking is required due to limited spaces. Please select your preferred session(s) when reserving your ticket.
• All attendees must sign a health and safety waiver on the day of the event before participating.
• Please wear comfortable workout clothing. Mats and equipment will be provided.
• Please note this event is for residents only.
