Paracise with Kate Shaw at Surrey Hills Wellfest

​Paracise™ is a low-impact, gentle yet effective exercise class designed to improve posture, balance, mobility, and flexibility.

Set to uplifting music, it offers a welcoming environment for individuals who may find traditional fitness classes too strenuous, including those returning to exercise after injury or managing health conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia. ​

This 30-minute session will encourage participants to work at their own pace, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
