As the season turns, we gather to harvest what serves and release what does not. This gentle sound bath invites you inward—away from noise, toward stillness—so your body can soften, your breath can deepen, and your nervous system can reset. Expect slow transitions, warm overtones, and plenty of space to simply be.

• Grounding arrival + intention-setting
• Guided breath + body scan to prepare the mind
• Immersive sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and subtle percussion
• Quiet integration time to regroup and re-enter your evening with clarity

• First-timers and seasoned meditators alike
• Anyone seeking nervous system relief, deep rest, or a mindful reset
• A calm, alcohol-free end to your weekend

• Yoga mat or cushioned pad
• Blanket + small pillow/bolster
• Water + cozy layers (room may cool as you relax)
• Optional: eye mask, journal, socks

• Light guidance, low movement; come as you are.
• Not a substitute for medical care; if pregnant or sensitive to sound, please let the facilitator know on arrival so we can support you.
