Warwickshire Rewound

Can we do it again...of course we can.

Come join the Awfully Pleasant Scooter Association on your classic, geared scooter for another day's riding through the rolling hills and country lanes of Warwickshire.

It's a procession not a race so shafters and 8" wheels are more than welcome - respectfully no autos or P ranges - as we ahere to a pre-1971 timeline.

Meeting from 9:30 at the Red Lion in Huningham just outside Royal Leamington Spa on the banks of the River Leam where there's ample parking. We'll depart about 10:45 for a c.60 mile circular ride including a lunch stop at Gilks Garage in Kineton where there's ample parking. An ex garage/service station now converted into a cafe/diner in a lovely "edge of a village" location. Hot & cold food and drinks will be available.

Returning to the Red Lion mid-afternoon.

A full route will follow along with commemorative APSA legshield banners & stickers to mark the event.
