This event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul. Feel the tension melt away as you listen to the healing vibrations of the sound bath. We will then finish the late summer evening with card pulling and tea and cake.

It is NOT recommended for:
1. Women in their first trimester of pregnancy.
2. For people with epilepsy, seizures or severe heart conditions.
3. For anyone with unmanaged complex mental health challenges like schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, PTSD.
