Dementia friendly gardening club

Exciting reminder � Our very first 'dementia friendly' gardening club starts at 2.30pm this Tuesday 13th April. All welcome.

The Happy Gardeners meet on the second Tuesday of every month, offering a peaceful and inclusive environment where individuals with dementia can enjoy the therapeutic benefits of gardening. There is an extensive garden space, raised flower beds & a wonderful greenhouse to explore.

Participants can engage in activities that suit their abilities and interests, from planting seeds and tending to plants to simply enjoying the beauty of the garden. The club not only provides a meaningful way to spend time but also encourages social interaction and promotes overall well-being.
