Makaton Signing for Babies and Families (6 week course)

This lovely introduction to signing is for our new parents and carers who've not yet introduced or are in very early days of signing.

Over 6 consecutive weeks, families will have an online session of around 45 minutes during which they learn words, activities and songs to build their knowledge and practical experience of using sign and interactions with their child.

The course is limited to 8 families per cohort and little ones should be present during the session to get the most from it. Families will receive a certificate, handouts and the Makaton Charity's book Signing for Babies.

DSUK subsidises the cost so the course is £45 per family.

At DSUK, we ask families to contribute towards the subsidised cost of many of our services. We would never want a family not to be able to access services, so don't hesitate to get in touch with us if needed.
