Makaton for Grandparents (6 week course)

Delivered online, this six week course for PADS Grandparents is designed as an introduction to Makaton providing everyday signs and symbols, stories to share and songs to sing.

Participants will learn the signs and symbols to a host of popular nursery rhymes including Happy & You Know It, Speckled Frogs, Old MacDonald, 5 Little Ducks and the Wheels on the bus!

Grandparents will learn why do we use Makaton & how can it help as well as 20 signs & symbols from everyday language. They will receive a Makaton manual by post to keep and use as well as a Makaton overview and signing certificate. They will also receive PDF versions of extra handouts via email.

You can book a second place from the same location/log in at an additional cost of £20 - please book the first place then add in the second screen.
