Final Friday Sound Bath

On Friday January 30th, we will introduce our Final Friday Sound Meditation. Come and experience the healing benefits of sound. We utilize crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and various other healing instruments to bring you to a peaceful and relaxed state.

Sound baths offer benefits like deep relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and better mood by using resonant frequencies to calm the nervous system. Your body will go into the parasympathetic system (rest and digest) counter acting the “fight or flight” mode.

This class will be monthly on the last Friday of each month at 5:30 pm. The first session will be Friday January 30th. This session will be 1 hour, and the cost is by donation with 25% of the proceeds going to the Frio Canyon Park Association.

Please bring anything that will make your experience more comfortable, like a yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket. You can also enjoy this event in a chair (or 2 chairs).
