2nd Saturday Flow & Stretch with Sound Bath

Join us on the second Saturday of each month for an exhilarating Flow & Stretch Yoga Class with a healing Sound Bath.

We will begin with a gentle warm up for the entire body. We then start to move our bodies with coordinated breath and movement. This is followed by extensive stretching for a deep release of muscles, tissues, and fascia.

The class will end with a 20-minute healing sound bath. We incorporate crystal bowls and a variety of other healing sounds for a relaxing end to your practice. This class is for 75 minutes. Please bring a mat, blankets and any other props that will enhance your practice and keep you warm and comfortable during the sound bath. Some mats, blankets and bolsters are available for your use.

The class cost is by donation. Yoga4All will donate 25% of the proceeds to the Frio Canyon Park Association.
