Blooms, Bites & Balance is a special women's workshop where we’ll explore the beauty and symbolism of flowers with guidance from a local gardener. You'll learn how to create your own stunning floral arrangement at our flower bar and take it home as a lasting reminder of the day.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll slow down and engage in mindful practices, appreciating the colors, textures, scents, and patterns of each bloom. All food and beverages served will be floral-inspired, offering a taste of nature’s beauty in every bite.
