Full Moon in Capricorn

Join Soul Magick by Taylor Bear for a grounding yoga class under the energy of the Full Moon in Capricorn, also known as the Buck Moon. This balanced yoga session will focus on clarity in life & purpose, allowing you to reflect with the recharging energy of Capricorn. We will incorporate yoga poses designed to enhance and promote a sense of presence, followed by a guided meditation to help you release limitations & set intentions for expansive growth. To elevate your experience, we’ll include intention-setting and empowering affirmations that resonate with the energy of release, planning ahead and life purpose.
