Hand Made Pasta Workshop with Meal

Join Chef Patrick from Patrick Makes Pasta as he takes you through a hands-on pasta making experience. Learn the basics of making fresh pasta dough, and tips and tricks on rolling out your own dough and making ricotta filled ravioli. Patrick will also demonstrate how to make a couple of other filled pasta shapes. We’ll finish with a meal of ravioli with Patrick’s home made sauce, and some of Cherry Grove’s cheeses. You will take home the ravioli you have made to enjoy with your family or friends.
