Join us at the Clarence Hall at 3337 Clarence Road.
This class is for everyone to come out and enjoy. There will be instruction for every level of yoga.
We will be meeting every Wednesday at 9:00 AM at the Clarence Hall. Bring your mat or chairs are available on site. It is a free will offer that goes toward supporting the Annapolis Valley Folk School Community Pantry. Also, if you are able a few items for the food pantry that would be greatly appreciated as well.
