Trans Gym Day: BEEF LFK

Have you been wanting to hit the gym, but feel confused about the equipment or alienated by the space? Do you want to work out with other trans people? Join us for Trans Gym Day on September 15 at 8pm! Trans gym day this month will be at the BEEF LFK, a private queer gym in downtown Lawrence.

Important things to know:
🔩 Since this is a private gym with a door code, so we'll be buzzing people in!
🔩 This is a gym meet up, not an instructor led session. Attendees will be doing their own workout, sharing space with each other and other community members using the gym. TLC volunteers will be available to answer questions about equipment.
🔩 BEEF LFK weight room has limited space and can only accommodate a handful of people. Be prepared to potentially rotate around the cardio room, basketball court, and weight room.
🔩 Be considerate of the space and others using it. No circuits.
🔩 Trans gym day is currently in transition. We may change dates, times, or locations month to month until we settle into something new.
