Come home to your voice.
The Embodied Voice is a gentle, restorative singing workshop that blends somatic awareness, mindfulness, and community singing. This is not about performance or perfection—it’s about reconnecting with your voice as a tool for self-care, nervous system support, creative expression, emotion processing, and connection. All voices are welcome!
Part informational, part experiential, this workshop will teach you everything you need to know about using singing as a wellness tool. The afternoon will include guided somatic practices and breathwork to help you ground into the present and prepare your body to sing with ease. Then we’ll explore simple vocal practices to help you sing with ease and freedom and to release tension. Finally, we’ll come together in a supportive song circle, singing easy-to-learn, meditative songs in community.
No singing experience is needed, and all voices are welcome!
