Lizard Under the Skillet, Saturday July 12. A classic road ride starting/finishing at Broken Arrow Park, Lawrence KS. Sponsored by the Lawrence Bicycle Club. Rides start early (anytime between 6am and 8 am) because by mid-day it can be so hot that lizards crawl under skillets for shade!
• Three distances (Gecko - 31 mi, Iguana - 50 mi, Godzilla - 66 mi).
• Great rural scenery and light traffic
• Well-stocked SAGs every 10-15 miles with cool refreshments at the finish
• Well marked courses with safety support by Ham Operators
