Home Invasion Defense Workshop

Join us for 1.5 hours of self defense training, bound fighting, action plan all geared towards surviving home invasions.

Tips on Defending your Home and Surviving Violence.
Restricted Striking Practice While Bound & How to get Free.
Having a Plan of Action and Strategies with Tactics for Surviving Violence
Hands on Training for Self Defense - Bear Hugs, Hair Grabs, Wrist Grab, Chokes and more!
Weapon Defense Practice - Principle Based Defense's
Q & A with Self Defense Instructors
