Whether we blame ourselves or others, what good does it really bring?
Instead of trapping our relationships in endless blame, why not practice new, constructive ways of communicating with empathy and kindness?

Come join us for the four-chair exercise to:

• gain awareness of how we act out the blame game in daily life
• learn to elevate our communication to a higher level of
emotional intelligence
• practice self-empathy and compassionate communication

Facilitators support the experience, creating a safe, reflective space for growth.
