VJ Day - 80th Anniversary of the end of WW2

We are remembering all those who fought, were imprisoned or lost their lives fighting in the Far East during WW2 which didn't end for them until 15th August 1945. Many felt forgotten in the general euphoria of VE Day. Now we are commemorating the 80th Anniversary of VJ Day - Victory in Japan.
To help us celebrate Trev 'the Pianoman' famous for being one of the very last traditional pub pianists in the country will be playing for us from 6pm onwards. So come along and enjoy the music, songs and atmosphere of the 1940's.
Spam sandwiches, pickled eggs and great beer - what could be better!
