Tas Whisky Week - Grape and Grain

Discover the dynamic relationship between grape and grain in this guided tasting experience at NOMY – one of Launceston’s most exciting new venues, already earning a reputation for bold flavours and creative hospitality.
This collaborative event brings together local whisky producers and acclaimed local winemaker Jeremy Dineen from Haddows + Dineen winery to explore how wine varietals influence whisky maturation.
Guests will be guided through original wine styles alongside their cask-matured whisky counterparts, gaining deeper insight into the shared stories of barrel, flavour, and craft.

4 x 15ml wine-cask matured whiskies
3 x half wine pours (specially selected)
Small Dinner plates

Start time 6:30pm.

Bar open from 4PM.
Bottle sales are available in the evening, direct from the distilleries.
