About the event

Pre-season and open day
WE ARE BACK! Pre-season kicks off officially on Sunday July 6th 2025! These first sessions are pre-season and Open Days all in one. Come and join in or watch and speak to Coaches and veterans.

Come and try this inclusive sport. No experience necessary! Whether you are tall, short, big or small there is a place for you in this team where you will be a valued contributor, playing alongside a supportive brotherhood.

In the meantime you can pre-season at our sponsor @LIFT and join in with many of our players. We run regular group sessions with position specific routines for all levels of strength and fitness.

Where: Royal Park rugby ground
When: Sunday 6th July
Time: 1pm - 3pm
What to bring: Water! Cleats are really handy, mouthguard preferred if you want to join in.
