Pilates & Brunch
Join me for a 60 minute Mat Pilates class followed by brunch in the Roadford Lake cafe & venue 🤗 This class will leave you energised & ready for your day, focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates. You do not have to have done Pilates in the past, this class is for everyone 💫

Brunch menu is on the cafe’s FB page, you can choose to go for a full on breakfast or a coffee & cake, your choice 😇
