We’re teaming up with the incredible team at Utzinger Wines for an intimate dinner celebrating great food, incredible Tasmanian Tamar Valley wine, and the story of a vineyard born from love and a yearning to discover.
On Friday 27 June, join us for a night of sophisticated food, organic wines, and Mudbar hospitality. You’ll enjoy a charismatic six-course dinner featuring some of our favourite seasonal local ingredients, with the option to pair each course with Utzinger’s expressive, small-batch wines.

Their vineyard sits on the western edge of the Tamar Valley, surrounded by native bushland and overlooking the kanamaluka/Tamar River. Every grape is grown with care, organically farmed, and made with minimal intervention, allowing the land (and the wine) to speak for itself.
