Join Rural Alive & Well for Mental Health First Aid Training. This course is designed to equip adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to recognize, understand, and respond to individuals—whether it's a friend, family member, co-worker, or any adult—experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
