Do you have a broken, torn or busted household item? Bring it along to the Launceston Repair Cafe and learn how to fix it with the help of some expert repairers. Or maybe you have excess garden produce to swap?
The Launceston Repair Cafe is a monthly free, open community event aiming to divert items from landfill, pass on valuable repairing knowledge and connect community.
Our sessions typically include electronic, clothing, furniture, bike and general repairs, knife sharpening, plus IT and software support depending on repairer availability.
The Launceston Repair Cafe is delivered by the City of Launceston in partnership with Circular North, supported by the Tasmanian Government through the Tasmanian Waste and Resource Recovery Board.
