Discover how our thinking patterns can help, or hinder our riding with NLP (neurolinguistic programming) Master Practitioner Judith Hubbard.
Find out how to develop some useful techniques if you sometimes get 'stuck' or know you keep repeating unhelpful 'loops' in your thinking.
We'll also take a brief look at how our horse's brains operate, and how we can best work with them without conflict.
