FIRE, FOOD, WINTER FRIVOLITY.
On Saturday the 21st June, the longest night of the year descends.
This Winter Solstice, gather around the fire with us for a celebration of hearty, warming foods; strong, seasonal sips and flavours of Tasmania cooked over flame.
As the sun sets over the Tamar River/kanamaluka, our team of Chefs will be cooking live at outdoor fire stations with a menu including ember-roasted pumpkin on charred flatbread, spit-roasted lamb, melting Ashgrove cheese with fresh truffle, and handmade s’mores by the fire. It’s a roaming feast designed to warm hands, hearts, and taste buds, and of course pair with exceptional local wine and curated cocktails from our beverage team.
