We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, lovingly guided by Dani Seadon. With reverence for this ancient plant medicine, Dani will gently guide you through breathwork, energy clearing, and heart connection—supporting you to soften, open, and reconnect.
Cacao is a gentle yet powerful ally—known to activate intuition, enhance emotional clarity, and deepen presence.
From this space of inner alignment, you’ll be guided into a 60-minute daytime sound bath with the incredible Meredith Rose.
Meredith, a sound healer and multi-dimensional guide, weaves crystal singing bowls, voice, and other sacred instruments into a soundscape that promotes emotional release, nervous system balance, and deep cellular healing.
Let the frequencies carry you into stillness, clarity, and peace.
