The Equinox Reset

The Equinox Reset ~ Recalibrate Your System. Rebuild from Within.

The Equinox Reset is a one-day immersive experience in the lead-up to Equinox (20th March).

Our intention is to help you clear internal noise, shift what’s been stuck, and rebuild from a steadier foundation — both energetically and physically.

This is not a workshop. It’s a deliberate recalibration!

You’ll be guided through deep internal work that helps you:

• Connect to what’s actually happening within you

• Identify where you’re out of balance

• Clear and restructure your internal field

• Reset your nervous system and energetic baseline

This is about more than insight. It’s about change that holds.

Twice a year, the Equinox marks a balance point. Equal light. Equal dark. A natural pause in the year to reset. Alongside the internal restructuring, the day is built around embodiment and integration in the build-up to Equinox.

We’ll be working with the elements:

• Heat in the wild sauna

• Cold water immersion in the lake

• Time on the land

• Nourishing homemade food & delicious refreshments

• Practical grounding tools you can take home

The contrast of hot and cold supports nervous system regulation.

The land steadies you.

The rhythm of the day allows the shift to settle into the body — not just the mind.

You won’t leave with a temporary high. You’ll leave with a reset system and practical tools to continue what began here.
