Rooted Mama Workshop

My name is Buzz and I am an Ecotherapy practitioner. I am really excited to have the opportunity to run some workshops for women this summer at a beautiful rural location in the Sussex countryside complete with yurt!

I’m currently booking for “Rooted Mama” which is specifically designed to support mums who would like to spend time in nature outside of their caregiving responsibilities. We will focus on nature connection and grounding practices to support a return to ourselves and to learn some skills to enable us to do this alongside life as a parent.

I am offering the classes at a really reduced rate to support their development and to give people an opportunity to try Ecotherapy practice. We are building a community of likeminded women who feel the benefits of a deeper nature connection and practice. We hope you can join us!

If you have any queries or questions, please feel free to let me know. I will also be running some other workshops for women that are not focused on motherhood specifically and are open to all women.
