Lee Miller’s 1950’s fitted kitchen at Farleys is, to some degree, a time capsule, an Aladdin’s cave of ingredients and gadgets, which were all used by Lee over her many years creating and cooking. During Farleys summer cookery workshops, Lee’s kitchen comes alive again with conversation, laughter and delicious aromas, as participants exchange ideas and recreate Lee’s recipes using some ingredients and herbs from her vegetable patch in the garden.
