Intro to Kickboxing Workshop

This workshop is for new members only. Must be 18+ years old in order to participate.

Ready to shake up your fitness routine? If you're looking for something fun that builds strength, endurance, and confidence -- and releases A LOT of stress -- this is for you. This 1-hour beginner kickboxing class is led by Girl Fight Fitness Owners, Amanda & Stacey Barone, and will cover basic kickboxing movements, including proper form and technique.

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. We will not admit late arrivals for safety reasons (if you miss the warm-up, it is unsafe for you to participate in class).

We will have boxing gloves for you to borrow for the duration of class (however, if you own your own gloves, feel free to bring those with you.)

What to bring:
- Clean sneakers to change into upon arrival.
- Water bottle.
- Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow freedom of movement.
- Any stress and frustration you need to let out!

Cost is $30 per person. Class spots are limited and reservation fees are non-refundable.
