Self Defense 101

Empower yourself with our Self Defense 101 class! Learn proper techniques, understand the reasoning behind each move, and build confidence in your ability to protect yourself. This 101 course is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills. No experience required.

WHAT TO BRING: Please wear comfortable workout clothes; while this isn't a "workout," you'll need to have full range of motion since we will be practicing the movements on pads and punching bags. No boxing gloves are required. Please bring clean sneakers to change into upon arrival.

Cost is $10 for members, $30 for non-members.
