Unlocked: Discovering The Gamer Within is a transformational half-day kickoff event designed to ignite curiosity, excitement, and trust among youth esports athletes and their families. Hosted at the Valhallan Esports Training Center, 500 E Windmill Ln, Suite 100, this dynamic, interactive workshop introduces DreamSmart’s Behavioral SuperPowers™ (BSP) Framework—a powerful tool that helps kids and parents understand their unique behavioral wiring and how it influences success in gaming, school, and life. Through this engaging experience, participants will build emotional connection, improve communication, and foster growth, respect, and teamwork. Parents will gain insights into their child’s natural strengths with a personalized mini-profile, while kids will walk away with a clearer sense of identity, purpose, and potential. Get ready to level up—together—and unlock what makes you truly powerful!

Info: The event kicks off at 9:00 AM with a welcome and icebreaker, followed by a deep dive into Behavioral SuperPowers™ at 9:15 AM. At 9:45 AM, enjoy a fun parent-player game with prizes. Breakout sessions begin at 10:15 AM—parents will explore “Raising a Resilient Gamer,” while players take on SuperPower Squad Challenges. At 10:45 AM, learn how behavior impacts gaming and life in “BSP in Action.” Strengthen parent-player bonds during the Shared Language Lab at 11:15 AM. At 11:45 AM, enjoy a Lunch & Lounge session with gamified conversation and coach visits. The day wraps up with the Valhallan + DreamSmart vision and Q&A at 12:15 PM, followed by the Ambassador Launchpad celebration at 12:45 PM.
