Sushi Making With Chef Misako

Start the class by learning the secret to making perfectly seasoned sushi rice for your rolls. Plus, practice your knife skills to chop avocado, cucumber and carrots into julienned strips. Then, spread your sushi rice across nori sheets and layer your fresh ingredients to make two types of rolls. Layer avocado, cucumber and imitation crab and master the art of rolling it inside-out to make a Uramaki California roll.
