Adrian Wolff has been a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for over 10 years. After serving five years on active duty, he advanced his career in fitness in 2017 when he pursued his master's degree of the University of Illinois. In Las Vegas, he accumulated thousands of hours coaching at local gyms. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences at UNLV! His book Awareness Before Action will help you understand why your mentality is the foundation of a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Wolff also offers Skate, Lift, Recover -- a booked focused on providing hockey players with a simple, structured framework of off-ice training they can use both off-season and in-season to keep their bodies in peak form. Perfect for hockey coaches and parents of young players to help their athletes train safely and effectively.
Keith Hayden is a digital novelist who recently released Prompted Hearts: A Short Novel of AI, Love & the Line Between Flesh and Code. He is the founder of Hayden Academy Collective (HAC) Studios where he shares culture shifting stories with and for critical thinking readers who enjoy character driven narratives about technology, relationships, and the struggle to stay human in the age of acceleration.
Tonya Todd explores the infinite hues of what drives us all: relationships and desires. As an author, actress, and activist, Tonya is invested in fair representation in the literary and cinematic worlds she inhabits. She is co-editor and contributor for Comics Lit, Volume 1, author of 52 Love: Weekly Love Lessons in Bite-Sized Bits, and co-host of Femme On Podcast. Her anti-censorship series Banned Books Conversations is available on her YouTube channel. She is currently working on a Dracula retelling given from Mina Murray’s perspective.
