This month's meeting features Anna Ketron Cusano, Licensed Occupational Therapist and founder of The Self-Care OT, PLLC. The discussion includes opportunities to learn about co-regulation and caregiver wellness, as well as transition support and long-term care planning.

The meeting will be offered in a hybrid format with in-person and Zoom options available (a Zoom link will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the event.)
