This workshop will guide you through the building blocks needed to form a habitual ritual that is daily meditation. Learn not only how but, also where, when and why.

Get the chance to practice various styles of meditation under the guidance of your teacher.

Receive continuous support from your teacher, a mini-manual to take notes and enjoy slides throughout the workshop.
A good workshop for those new to meditation, needing Continuing Education for Yoga Alliance, conducting a Yoga Teacher Training and or would like a guest speaker. ​
