Intro to Zen Meditation

Beginners to Zen meditation are inviting to join Zen Master Ji Haeng on the first Sunday of every month at 12 pm.

We also invite you to join us immediately after for regular meditation practice at 1 pm.

Find us in the small Dharma room to the right of the main monastery. You will see a Zen sign out front (pictured).
