Through the experiences life has offered me, there were a few times when I didn't think I was going to make it. As a result, I've been able to have a foot in more than one world at a time.
My intent is to help those who are already in the healing, coaching, and mental health fields, but I'm happy to help wherever I can to allow one to advance upon their own edge. From repressing and suppressing--to addressing.
When working with me, we create a safe space to verbalize, validate, process, and complete emotional cycles. We redirect your trauma, so your trauma doesn't control you. I can use a variety of techniques and modalities to help reach what is unseen to repurpose and transmute information, so it can become something useful, to your advantage, and shift energy to move beyond limiting beliefs.
